OUR MISSION
Nova Home Care is a nonprofit community organization whose mission is to provide free and dignified home care to individuals receiving palliative or end-of-life care, or living with a chronic illness, as well as respite and psychological support to their caregivers.

Free, high-quality, and dignified care
Nova Home Care provides a concrete, compassionate solution: enabling people to remain in their homes, preventing hundreds of hospitalizations each year, and reducing the strain on the healthcare system.
Continuous presence
Our services are available from 8 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week.
A unique public-private partnership
Through our close collaboration with CLSCs, we enhance their services with specialized care delivered by our expert team in palliative and end-of-life
care.
A personalized approach
Our care is always provided by the same nurse or home health aide, building
trust and offering reassuring support.
Impact across Quebec
We provide a free mentorship program in home palliative care to nurses
throughout the province.
