Help our organization continue its essential mission: provide free and dignified home care to individuals receiving palliative or end-of-life care, or living with a chronic illness, as well as respite and psychosocial support to their caregivers. Every donation makes a real difference.
❤ In Memorian and Tribute Donations
Honor a loved one who has passed or celebrate someone important in your life with a meaningful donation. In Memoriam donations make a real difference while expressing your condolences to family and loved ones. A tribute donation shows your gratitude to a member of the Nova Home Care clinical team.
We can create a personalized memorial webpage to share your tribute and collect donations in memory of your loved one. To request a page, please email us at fondation@novamontreal.com and please allow 5 business days for setup.
For In Memoriam and tribute donations, the amount of your contribution will never
be disclosed, unless you indicate otherwise.

services over the long term.
